Eighteen karat yellow gold diamond and cultured pearl drop earrings, with 92 round brilliants framing two high luster white pearls. The fine milgrain edging gives a quiet refinement to the design, which drops gracefully. Originally designed with 14K yellow gold non-pierced screwbacks, these can be adapted for pierced ears.
