Hamilton Sherwood/Seneca 14K Yellow Gold Art Deco Tank Watch

A 14K yellow gold Hamilton Sherwood/Seneca tank watch, dating to ca. 1935. The Art Deco case measures 21×36mm with fluted sides and a glass crystal over the white dial. A rare survivor of pre-war American watchmaking. It houses a 19 jewel caliber 982 manual wind movement, and the rectangular profile sits low and flat on the wrist.
