18K Gold Kashmir Sapphire and Diamond Cocktail Ring, ca. 1960s

An 18K gold cocktail ring from ca. 1960s holds a natural 1.15ct. Kashmir sapphire of a rich violetish blue color. Seven round brilliant cut G/VS diamonds totaling 0.45cts. t.w. curve along the polished gold setting. A rare mid-century survivor, fine quality on the hand. The ring sits low and secure on the finger.
